1. Do I use my own flyer?

   Yes, you must use your own flyer. You can upload it during checkout or mail it to us instead. Our product is made from your flyer that has already been designed.

2. Are there any commitments or fees?

   There are never any commitments or other fees. You can buy just one flyer, or as many you want. Each flyer is $19.95 (plus tax in California), which includes free shipping.

3. How does the online hosting work?

   When you upload your flyer, we take the file and host it on our website as its own page. You will be given a website address that is printed on your flyer fixture that is unique to your listing (ie. www.flyeronachain.com/anystreet). With your flyer online, buyer can view or print your flyer at any time. All you have to do is check the corresponding box during checkout saying you want online hosting.

4. What if I need to make a price revision on my flyer?

   Unfortunately, you must order a new flyer if you need to make a price revision.

5. What if I have a double-sided flyer?

   Your flyer can easily be made double-sided. Just send your file in with both pages, and your flyer will automatically be printed double-sided. There is no extra charge.

6. Are there any other sizes besides using an 8.5 in. by 11 in. paper flyer?

   Currently, Flyer on a Chain is made in one size only. We can make the permanent flyer out of any design 8.5 in. by 11 in. or smaller.

7. How is Flyer on a Chain attached to my listing’s signpost?

   Each flyer is easily installed with one Phillips screw that is attached to the for sale sign. Attaching the Flyer on a Chain in this manner ensures that it will have a strong connection to the post, while still allowing easy removal once the listing has sold.

8. Is Flyer on a Chain waterproof?

   Yes, your flyer will be safe from the elements. We guarantee that your flyer will not be damaged by the rain or sun or we will replace it for free.

9. Why wouldn’t I just make a laminated flyer myself?

   Flyer on a Chain has simplified the process of attaching a secure flyer to your listing sign. It would cost you more to find a local laminator, then go to a hardware store, then gather the necessary tools, and finally to build the hanging flyer then it would be to have us do it for you. Simply upload your file to us and have the completed product sent to your doorstep. Besides, we have a proven design and use the highest quality materials possible. Leave the permanent flyer making to us and spend your time servicing your clients.
